As a part of ‘The International Yoga Day’, Vidyodaya Pre-University College, organised Yoga training session for the students in the college premises on 20th June 2026.
The event began with a brief introduction of Yoga trainees by our College Principal Sri Sandeep Kumar who also welcomed them.
Later the session was continued by the trainees by warm – up exercises. The students were taught different kinds of Yogasana and how to perform Dhyana (meditation). The importance of pranayama and meditation were also explained simultaneously. They advised the students to make Yoga as an integral part of life, which leads to good, healthy and peaceful long life. The students actively participated in this theoretical and practical session. Oath-taking concluded the session.
